  Tamil Nadu Voter List for 2026 name checking Step-by-Step


Step 1: Go to the ECI Website

               The official website is the only site you should be using to view your name on the electoral registry. Please do not use any other websites or unknown websites.


Step 2: Click on the “Search Your Name in the Electoral Registry” Link

           Once you are check official Electoral Commission of India Voter Services website,you can search for your name in the electoral registry or voter list.



Step 3: search Method select


    •              You may conduct a search using either of the following methods:
    •               By the EPIC number 
    •              Using your personal information (Name, date of birth, district, etc.)


If you have your Voter ID card, it is going to be much easier to search for your name using the EPIC number.


Step 4: Fill All Required Information


    •                                   Full Name
    •                                  Father's name / husband's name
    •                                  Date of birth
    •                                  District


        Then next enter Captcha code


Please ensure that all spellings in each of the above fields are correct.


If missing your name what will do ?


    1.                 Submit Form 6 to register as a new voter
    2.                 Submit Form 8 to update any errors in your information
    3.                 Submit Form 7 to delete your name from the list or dispute your inclusion on the list
    4.                 Submit Form 8A to change your Assembly constituency within voting district.
